Lease Application
Thank you for your interest in applying for a rental property through LeaseGR! If you are interested in applying to live with us, please email us at leasing@leasegr.com and let us know which of our homes you wish to apply. We will send you a link to our online application for that specific home.
All prospective residents 18 and over must submit an application.
Application Fee:
The application fee is $50 per prospective resident age 18 and over.
The application fee is used to pay for a credit report and other costs associated with verifying the information in your application. Consequently, the application fee cannot be refunded if your application is not accepted.
Screening Policy:
Before submitting an application (and paying the $50 fee), please review our screening policy to be sure you’re a viable candidate.
Please note: LeaseGR has a one-time, non-refundable Lease Administration Fee of $100.00 which is due at time of move-in.
