I was concerned about my house being vacant, but Melissa and her team had it rented less than a month after I moved out. The renters were thoroughly screened and stayed in my house for roughly 16 months. I received a monthly statement and all of the documentation was consistent, which made the tax work much easier each season. Working with the maintenance team at Rental Property Consultants was very easy and repairs were handled immediately. The whole experience was seamless and besides a few minor common repairs such as replacing light bulbs, etc., my house was left in the same condition as I left it.
